DECEMBER 5, 2009 — BROKEN ARROW, OK — Thousands of Broken Arrow residents braved a cold Saturday to watch the annual Civitan Christmas Parade in downtown Broken Arrow. The Brumbaugh campaign marched downtown from College & Main to the Central Park Community Center, and had a convertible in the parade. Campaign volunteers and their children in Santa Claus hats passed out bubble gum to parade watchers. The candy cane theme this year was everywhere on Broken Arrow Main Street. Thanks again to the Civitans for putting on this wonderful annual event. Special thanks to Parade Chairman Phil Tucker and former State Representative Ron Peterson for their work in making it such a success.
